Shipping & Returns

Naseeno customer service includes logistics specialists who safely coordinate all matters related to the transportation of objects. We ship items through trusted companies such as FedEx, UPS and DHL.

 

The shipping cost is free. All pieces sold at Naseeno are produced to order and the production time* is indicated on each product. Once the piece is ready to be shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number and possible delivery dates.

*All deadlines are approximate. Please note that in some cases completion times may be longer. This usually occurs during peak seasons and high demand. All our artists produce the pieces entirely by hand.

At the moment we only ship within Europe, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipping times vary as items are shipped directly from the distributor. Pieces being personalized or made to order may take more than 6 weeks to be delivered depending on their production time.

Please note that the artists we work with package all fragile items by hand. This personalized care means that shipping the item may take a little longer than automated processes.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to schedule a specific delivery date. The customer will be able to track their package at all times through the tracking number.

Yeah! We will send you an email notifying you when the package is shipped and will include tracking information.

If you would like to receive updates on your order or would like to know the shipping status, please send us an email indicating your order number to customerservice@naseeno.com. We will review the status of your shipment and respond to you as quickly as possible.

All standard deliveries are made outside of your home to provide you with the best shipping rates. For heavy items we recommend that you have someone help you unload, as we cannot send more than one carrier.

Depends. Our products are shipped through different artists and this means that the items may arrive at their destination at different times.

 

 

At the moment we ship to all of Europe, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If you wish to make a purchase and your delivery country is not listed in the list, please send us an email to info@naseeno.com . Tell us which item you are interested in and share your complete shipping address with us. We will be happy to send you a shipping quote as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Our products are made to order; therefore orders cannot be canceled and our products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Consult the return policy in the corresponding section.

 

 

 

If you believe that you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will do our best to proceed with the refund as soon as possible. You just have to follow the following steps:

1. Send a notification within 48 hours* of receiving the package via email to contact@naseeno.com.

You have to specify your name, telephone number, order number, and above all attach photos that document the defect or error.

2. Once your request is received and approved by our Customer Service team, we will send you a shipping label to print. Remember we need your phone number to contact you easily and agree on the time of delivery.

3. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received by the originating distributor. You are responsible for carefully packaging the item and shipping it safely back to the dealer. Each returned item must be received in its original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred after the item has been delivered to the buyer.

*Return and refund of damaged parts will not be guaranteed if details have not been notified within 48 hours.

You just have to follow the following steps:

1. Send us an email to customerservice@naseeno.com informing us that you wish to return your purchase. To expedite the process, please include your name, phone number, order number, and the reason why you want to return your product. If it is due to a failure/damage you will have to follow the steps indicated in the previous point.

2. Once it has been confirmed that the product in question is eligible for return, and the request has been approved by our customer service team, we will send you a shipping label to print. Remember we need your phone number to contact you easily and agree on the time of delivery.

3. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received by the originating distributor. You are responsible for carefully packaging the item and shipping it safely back to the dealer. Each returned item must be received in its original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred after the item has been delivered to the buyer. You must send the items as soon as you receive the shipping label and within a maximum of 5 business days.

You will be required to pay for return shipping unless we verify that the item initially arrived damaged or the parts listing is inaccurate or misleading.

You just have to click on the link “Forgot your password?” on the login page. Enter your email address and press “Send”. In a few minutes you will receive an email to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder. If you don’t find it there, send us an email to contact@naseeno.com

At the moment Naseeno cannot sell on behalf of individuals. We currently only work with professional artists and craftsmen.
